My passenger window was broken into and there was glass everywhere. I called earlier that morning for a quote, and they were ready for me as soon as I arrived. The repair took about an hour, and the technician was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He vacuumed every bit of glass and made sure everything looked perfect , my car looked spotless and good as new, like the break‑in never happened. Truly great service and I highly recommend them.

The legends are true! A branch broke my rear windscreen. Safelite ($503) said they would do the work then told me they wouldn't because of a recall, then they said they wouldn't because they didn't have the right tools. The dealership said they would do it for more than Safelite ($800 not including labour), then they said they wouldn't do it at all. United Auto Glass said they would take care of it for less than half the price. Highly recommend.

As a Kia owner, I’m quite familiar with getting my car windows replaced. Attempts to steal my vehicle have been many, but always trumped by the manual transmission these would-be thieves can’t seem to operate. Since i got a club, my windows have been been safe. Until last night. Waking up to a broken window and out the $50ish bucks i foolishly left in my glove box, i was horrified thinking I would need to pay over $400 to safelight like i did back in 2023. But then i found United, and i wish i had called them back then. I am so grateful for this place! called this place around 3:30, got there by 4:15, and was out by 5. The price was less than half of what a local spot on Google quoted, and 1/3 of what safelight said. Less then a a quarter of what j paid in 2023. Incredible service! Got to talking with a gentleman there who said he lived in the south side, but was from the area originally and would only come to United for window work. I understand the loyalty after coming here. I am now also a loyal follower, and as a Kia owner, unfortunately, there is a large chance I will be back soon!

This place is absolutely amazing! Their pricing was outstanding, way better than any other quote I received and I called 15+ places. After my window was broken and my car was covered in glass, they went above and beyond by vacuuming everything out for me. I was in and out within an hour, and the owner was incredibly kind. I highly recommend them!

Called the night before for window tinting quote, great price. Came in on a Sunday. They were working, honored the quote. Everything done well and meticulously! I just had to wait in line, there was a guy in front of me. This place was easily half the price I've had in the past, and that's been years since I've had any tinting done. Raphael was super nice too. I think he's the manager or owner. I didn't ask.
